When it was first introduced in 1971, the prestige (double dollar set) contained two nickel dollars, withe the second nickel dollar being used to display the obverse. This was also used for the 1972 set, however from 1973 to date the second nickel dollar was replaced with a silver dollar. The coins in the sets are of specimen quality untill 1980, and proof quality from 1981 to date.
